Presently, the house is occupied by the owner who is moving overseas and wants to make this stunning place available to student pilots or seasoned professionals alike.

Terms are the equivalent 1 month rent deposit and rent is payable in advance.

As you will see in the video, the house is surrounded by trees and every view from every window, is only of trees which is lush in the summer months.

The garden to the rear is on three tiered levels and include a log fire pit and brick BBQ area.

The house is totally secluded and private even though there are other houses around, they are not visible from the house. It is very quiet and peaceful, with virtually no traffic noise at all. At night you will hear the sounds of Owls and fox and that's it!.

I am looking for respectful and peaceful living, professional individuals to share and enjoy my home withme and my German Shepherd dog, Zeus until the end of August. (You'll see him in the video).

I work at a professional level I run my own businesses and work from home mostly. I may be working overseas through the winter which is why the whole house is now available. Presently, I live in the lounge downstairs.

About the area:

The main bus route into Bournemouth & surrounding areas is 2 minutes away at the end of the road. Nearby is a riverside nature reserve (3 mins walk) and there are two parks nearby too (6 mins walk). Bournemouth airport is a ten minute drive and the Town Center and beaches just 15 mins away.
