Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Towerpark is also just a few minutes drive away.

This house would suit perfectly someone working in any of the nearby industrial estates, some within walking distance: Discovery Court, Drewitt industrial state, Howe industrial state, 5 min drive to Nuffield industrial state.
