I have 1 single bedroom available in my house,
You will have your own floor, bathroom and toilet (I live downstairs).
The rooms are both furnished but can change that if it suits, all have TV points.
I can put in a double or single bed. It can take either
Single Room - 3. 5m x 3m, £325 Kitchen and dining room shared
There is also gymn equipment and a hot tub which can be used with permission (usually 4 pints of milk or a loaf of bread!)
There is 60MB broadband, off road parking, and 100 yards from Southbourne high street where everything is available.
I am an easy going person who is happy to accommodate,
No smokers, DSS or couples please
I will get photos of the room shortly but have included the kitchen, dining room and double room for now etc.
