My wife and I are offering a nice (11 x 8) double room in a 2 bed ground floor flat with exclusive use of large family bathroom. The lounge and kitchen are to be shared by you and us.

The flat is located off Holdenhurst road but at Queens Park end with easy access to railway station/interchange (20 mins walk), Boscombe shops (10 mins walk), local shops (2/3 mins walk) and access of good public transport links on Holdenhurst road. Off road parking, access to bike shed and storage room are also offered.

The room is fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, table, chest of drawers & bedside table) and the flat is equipped with all mod-cons including unlimited wireless broadband.

We are looking for a female student/professional with good references (where possible), 1 month deposit, clean and non-smoker. On road parking freely available.

You will be sharing the flat with us.
I work full time and my wife runs a home based start-up.

Room is for single occupancy only and not ideal for couples. Apologies no pets, big or small are allowed due to building by-laws.
