We have a large fully furnished double room to let. it is the spare room in our detached family home in Bournemouth. The room it's self comes with a super king zip and link bed that can also be split into 2 singles. Loads of wardrobe and draw space a 40" flat screen tv with full virgin media Tivo package with sky movies / sky sports and 152Mb high speed broadband with wifi! The room looks out over the garden.

The house is a modern detached house in the moredown area of Bournemouth 2 mins walk to redhill park or Victoria park & tennis courts and 10 mins from Bournemouth town centre! And 15 mins from Poole town centre.

My partner and I are in our early 30's and are both professional working people we have an 2 year old son who is very fun to be around and well behaved. We are active and like the outdoors.

We are looking for a professional person to move in. We will consider the room being shared at a rent of £650pm
