I am a female young professional with a property in the Bournemouth area. Seeking a like minded young professional to share this gorgeous, modern flat with. It is a penthouse 2 bedroom flat with two bathrooms, and a modern open plan living and kitchen area with a balcony. Located a two minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the town centre and 10 minutes to the central train station, it is in a ideal location to access all amenities.

The room for rent will be fully furnished with a king size bed and own bathroom. The flat has wifi internet, large flat screen tv, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Rent is £650 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills.

I only have one parking space but the next road over always has spaces to park, so it is not an issue for those that have cars.

I work long hours but am sporty and sociable-looking forward to having someone to share the flat with!

No pets and non smokers only please.
