There is a shared lounge and dining area, a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, ample of street parking and storage for a bicycle in the garage. The house is approximately five minutes drive from the Castle Point Shopping centre or Bournemouth town centre. We're less than two minutes walk to the main bus route into town which runs along the Charminster High Street where you can also find convienince stores, bars and restaurants.
