Friendly flat near the station

A small double room available in a lovely flat. There is a huge kitchen/dining/living area where we spend most of our time so I have never found the fact that the room was small to be a problem. However, my housemates may consider switching rooms if you were keen for a larger one (although rent would increase). Exact rent would depend on what you agreed regarding bills, but would be roughly £400pcm including bills.
You would share a bathroom with the female housemate.
Both housemates are very friendly and work as teachers - they work long hours and so the ideal flatmate would also be a hardworking professional. Because of the long hours and the amount of work required at home it is important that any potential flatmate is a calm person.
The flat is in a modern build just 5 minutes from the station and a 10/15minute walk into town. Transport links are excellent and there is also a shared bike shed.

The flat is furnished but my room is only part furnished - there is a cabinet and a small set of drawers. You would need to organise your own bed/mattress.
