THIS ROOM NOW HAS A DOUBLE BED IN IT! Your room is downstairs near the front of the house as is the downstairs bathroom and toilet. It is a very bright newly furnished decorated room. We would share the kitchen and dining room. The price is all inclusive to save complications. Females preferred as my teenage daughters live in the house. References needed plus a job or a full-time student position. The house is in a quiet road in Boscombe near Bournemouth but an easy walk to the bus routes, 3 minutes or Pokesdown Station, 10 minutes. We have a cat too. The property is clean and well decorated. Please note the room has a double bed now!
