Double Room in Winton

Due to finishing university early I have a spacious room with double bed available in a 5 bedroom house to rent for 3 months over summer, beginning of June to the end of August.
There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and a lovely garden facing the sun. The other tenants are a lovely, friendly bunch of individuals, however may have returned to their homes also meaning the house will be very quiet. The area is friendly, just a short walk to both Winton and Charminster high street, and close to a bus stop. There is also much space for parking.
Bills are not included, however as it is summer and the house is fairly warm anyway, these costs will be very low.
