I am looking for a quiet, professional person who is responsible and considerate and who works normal daytime hours (as I work from home). Must also be comfortable around a cat.

The accommodation is only available during weekdays (Sunday nights to Friday morning), though occasional weekend use can be negotiated. Rent is payable in cash on start of each calendar month.
