It is a well connected location, especially if you don't drive, as there are a number of bus stops on regular routes, and Pokesdown train station is only 8-10 mins walk away.

There is a small private garden which is great for BBQs, drying clothes and a spot of sunbathing.

The bathroom has a separate bath and a separate shower unit.

There is no allocated parking, but on-street parking is available and has never proved to be an issue.

The location is great for JPMorgan, Ageas, Littledown Centre and Bournemouth Hospital professionals - below are approx walking times according to Google Maps:

a) 8-10 min walk to Pokesdown station
b) 18-20 walk to JPMorgan, Bournemouth Hospital, and Ageas

ABOUT ME:

I am a 32 year old female live-in-landlord and make no secret of being a clean freak especially when it comes to the bathroom and kitchen (think Monica from friends!) so I am looking for someone equally house proud and shares my love of anti-bacterial wipes/sprays! A bit of mess from time to time doesn't bother me, as long as everything is clean :-)

Weekday nights vary for me - I do like to chill out on my own after work, but equally I like going out for dinner, comedy nights out or attending various workshops. I also enjoy going for walks and cycling, as well as cooking dinner for friends and family.

LOOKING FOR:

A friendly, courteous professional who is ultimately happy doing their own thing, however, happy to share a glass of wine, dinner and chat from time to time.

I only wish to share with one person, not a couple, however, if you have a partner I am comfortable with them staying over occasionally on the following basis (which has proven to be the fairest way of working it) - that is - in any one week, you stay at theirs the same number of nights they stays over here i. e. if they stay over 1 night, then you stay over theirs 1 night in the same week.

The room would suit someone who is looking for a stable and relaxing home environment to come back after work - unfortunately, I'm not looking for anyone who regularly works from home.

*Most bills are included but usually hold a kitty for cleaning products, toilet roll etc.

I am flexible on moving in date, as it is more important to me that I get the right person.
