MONTHLY RENT £520 HALF BOARD - includes bed, breakfast and evening meal, one wash load per week and all bills.

Large double room recently refurbished - fully furnished in a 6 bedroom family home, spread across 3 floors with a garden in the Queens Park area. Close to Queens Park golf course, 5 min walk to Charminster, 20 min walk to JP Morgan and Lansdown (Bmouth train station) a 2 min walk to Bournemouth University bus stop, with free on-road parking on adjacent streets.

The room we are offering is on the top floor and has recently been refurbished (insulated, double glazed, carpeted, redecorated) so is lovely and warm and clean. There is a bathroom on the top floor and 2 other bedrooms, one which is occupied by a master degree student who has been with us for 6 months and is quiet and respectable but also enjoys a good night out. We offer this room with half board, breakfast and dinner and 1 wash load a week. The room is fully furnished with double bed, 2 bed side tables, TV point, fold up desk and chair, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared dinning room/kitchen area. Fast Wifi broadband is available throughout the house.

We are looking for a professional or mature student. The house is strictly non-smoking (however you are welcome to smoke outside). We are a young and relaxed family where respect for fellow housemates is all that is required. All family members have a good sense of humour and are friendly and talkative. You will be sharing the house with myself, my husband, our two children aged 2. 5 and 4 and my mum.

You can come and go as you please any time of day or night and we don't expect you to have to help with cleaning or tidying the house, your room is your domain. We also have some foreign language students staying with us who are learning English. They tend to be short stays between 2 weeks to 6 months. The house feels more like a community than a single family home. The house is large enough to have your own space and you don't feel as though you are living on top of one another.

Rent to be paid one month in advance on the 1st of each month and £100 deposit is required.
