i have a large single room available 5 min walk from the town centre and beach. lovely modern flat. The room is quite bare so you can make it more homely by pics, diff curtains etc.
The room is £420 all included bills, broadband , tv licence and council tax and a spare car park space. The room is available from the 22nd to view as my roomie is of to start studies.
I am very easy going, love sports esp footy and f1 ( no manu supporters please ;)) , like a film night but also respect space esp after a day at work. Will post PIC of room when its empty.
There is a lovely lady below who does not like loud noise which when living in a flat I respect completely so if you like playing house music all hours or are looking for a party flat not going to happen.
