The flat is located within walking distance (5 min) from the Landsdowne Campus, Train/ Bus station, the low priced supermarket Asda and many shops and restaurants. Also the Old Fire station, popular club for students, is close by ;-) If you need to go to the Talbot Campus, you can take the University Bus U1 (5 min walk).

The flat is suitable for University International, European and Language students.
Preferred Postgraduate students or Language school students on long term stay (6 month minimum, but short stays considered).
