Flat Mate Wanted for Flat in Elizabeth Court

The available bedroom

We are a group of three flatmates (two postgraduate students, and a young professional) looking for a fourth person to occupy a third double bedroom. The bedroom is furnished, with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

It is a ground floor flat which has scenic views of Bournemouth Beach off the communal lounge and balcony. The beach is a 2 minute walk away.

The main bathroom is shared with occupants of the master bedroom. It contains a bath, with overhead power shower, sink, toilet and ample storage.

The open-plan lounge and kitchen are very modern. Amenities include an electric hob, oven, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge/freezer. There is a dining table with 4 chairs as well as plentiful sofas/armchairs facing a large flat screen TV.

The flat is situated in central Bournemouth, with on-site parking. The rent of £400 includes all household bills.

We are looking for someone whose kind, friendly and easy going, happy with sociable nights in and who likes the occasional night out, cinema, meals, and drinks, etc.
