Hello everyone,

I would like to offer a very good-sized double bedroom for a flat share. The room is fully furnished.

This is a top floor flat, with a fair space and friendly feel to it. It contains one other room occupied by me, good-sized fully equipped kitchen, living room and a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath itself.

The house is located close to bus routes, acceptable walk distance to Boscombe and Bournemouth town Center. It is very close to a park and the neighborhood is very friendly and relaxed.

I'm a friendly professional with a full time job.

What I do expect for a successful applicant:
Professional, open minded and friendly.
No party in the house. Meetings with friends are more than welcomed!
Fully employed.

NO DSS, PETS or smoking in the flat.

To the costs:
Deposit for the landlady £350
Montly rent £350+ council tax (£60) and electricity (£35 winter time, £20 summer)
