Situated in short walking distance from local work places such as JP Morgan, Bournemouth Hospital and Castle Point. It is conveniently located next to plenty of shops (Castle Point), bus stops and is a 5-10 minute trip to the centre of Bournemouth.

The room includes a single Divan Bed with storage and mattress, bedside table, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

There is a shared kitchen, lounge, dining room and bathroom (the bathroom is shared with 2 males) as well as plenty of storage around the house.

The house has off road parking, a large garden, Virgin TV with all sport channels, High speed wi-fi with unlimited usage and other additions such as a washing machine, Xbox, iron/ironing board, DVD's, BBQ etc.

Currently there are three lodgers who are both working professionals, both whom have a career in the sports industry.

Looking for a 20's-30's working professional to share the house with who is easy going, tidy, sociable, but also respects others privacy.

The monthly rent includes all bills (council tax, wi-fi, tv, gas, electric, water, sewerage etc) as well as tea, coffee, kitchen roll etc.
