Furnished double room available in a shared house, 10 minutes from the town center. House has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, small kitchen and plenty of parking.
Would be sharing with a group of friends (two boys one girl) who enjoy having friends over, going out, gaming and chilling at the weekends.
We're a fairly easy going, friendly group who are pretty clean. There's plenty of parking around.
Ideally looking for a laid back, friendly and generally nice person to replace a former housemate (Who left due to change in circumstances).
Looking for a move in date near the end of January.
