Newly refurbished single room in Winton... No agency fees!!

Hi there!

We have a newly refurbished single room in our Winton house ready for an awesome new student housemate to move into.

The house is Brassey Rd, close to Talbot campus and not to far from Landsdowne ( where we all study). 300 metres away is Wimborne rd, where there late night shops and bus stops that run to town/ campus. Castle point is a five minute drive away with a 24 hr Asda.

The bedroom and house are both fully furnished, although feel free if you'd like to bring some of your things!

The house has spacious driveway parking as well free on street parking and there's both a front and back garden.

Living here are We're student paramedic, all very laid back and easy going. Gaz is 32, Pedro's 22 and I'm (Adam) am 24. We're looking for someone who is equally easy going, sociable and chilled. Everyone is the house is pretty active and we like to kick back together in the living room with a film or a pizza often so someone similar who's looking for a place not only to live but meet people would fit in great 😃

Rent is £320 pcm with a month rents up front as a deposit. We also need two references and copies of ID before moving... All the standard stuff. No fear of pointless agency fees though! 😊
