I have a room available to let. Short or long term, looking for friendly, clean and tidy lodger, preferably a professional or student but ALL considered. Also no smoking and no pets. The house is less than a mile away from Talbot Campus University (walkable)

The room is a double, comes included with bed/new covers as pictured, brand new wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table. It is of a decent size in a modern spacious three bed flat. It has its own aerial point for TV connection.

The house offers a large modern kitchen with washing machine/dishwasher/microwave/f ridge-freezer, communial dining area (only myself here at the moment but may consider lodging second spare room in due course). There is also a private garden and plenty of street parking.

The rent is £375pm

- TV license
- Wi-Fi (with fast internet)
- All the usual utility bills: Gas, water, sewage, electricity

A bit about me, I'm a 30 year old young professional. I work for the local Ambulance service and have spent some time sharing accomodation (since being a bournemouth grad).
