I have a double room in a lovely flat in Bournemouth on Grove Road available for rent ASAP - End of February-Early March 2015 on wards.
It's right by the beach (just by the ZigZag) and a very convenient 10 minute walk to Town and Lansdowne. The room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, 4 under bed drawers, bedside table, mirrors and dressing table) and you would be sharing with one other female who works at JP Morgan who has her own room.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The lounge is spacious; has a dinning table, television, comfy sofas, coffee table and a balcony with sea view!
The rent includes all utility bills, internet, council tax etc. and is £520 per month. One month security deposit is required.
The person you would be sharing the flat with is a 24 year old Female, hard working (works at JP Morgan Bournemouth) but loves to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the weekends. She works out at the gym and cooks healthy food too!
