Two Double Rooms Available

Excuse the mess !

We have a little Border Terrier. They are a small bread with thick fur so it shouldn't get up your nose. He lives in the kitchen at night and during the day if no one is home then he has an outside area which he shares with his brother (my sisters dog from the same litter. When we are all at work they are both here).

First room large 4m X 3m with large bay window and separate main bathroom.

Large bedroom has 2m wardrobe with sliding glass mirror doors, double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets and a computer desk with chair. Space available to mount a TV on the wall with hard wired data connection for your smart TV :)

Second room slightly smaller double 3m X 3m with en-suite shower, sink and toilet.

Smaller bedroom has a double bed, 1m wardrobe with glass mirror doors, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of draws. Space available to mount a TV on the wall with hard wired data connection.

Main bathroom has sole use by tenant in large bedroom. Other than visitors using the toilet.

Master bedroom upstairs has its own en-suite (where the mrs and myself sleep).

Bus stop over the road. Easy to get to Bournemouth or Poole and Bournemouth University.

This is our first house together, we have been together for 7 years and were married this year. I am an electrician and the Mrs works in an office in Poole.

We are currently in the process of completely refurbishing this house and everything will be new.
