I am looking for someone to take over my lovely large double bedroom in a shared house.

The bedroom is very spacious and includes double bed, desk, chest of drawers and huge fitted wardrobes. The bedroom also has double doors straight out onto your very own balcony.

The house is a good size and you will be sharing with 2 girls and one guy. The house has a garden outside and there is an off road parking space should you need it. On the ground floor is the large dining kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher - plus plenty of cupboard space, a small living room area and a bathroom (which you will be sharing). There is an additional shower room upstairs. The house also has very fast unlimited fibre optic broadband.

All bills are included. Couples are welcome but this would require an additional £100 per month.

The house is located very close to a frequent bus route, close to Bournemouth train station and Asda in a quiet residential area. The town centre and beaches are within a 20 minute walk.
