Hello!!

We have a super king master bedroom with own bathroom.

The accommodation is a ground floor 3 bedroom flat in Queens Park - right near the park! It's walking distance to Chaseside and Bournemouth Hospital. My partner and I own the flat and we rent the other 2 rooms out. The third bedroom is rented out to a lovely lady who is a local teacher. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, there is a shared lounge and kitchen. As we are ground floor we have the garden which is great for summertime BBQ'S! Being a converted Edwardian house, the flat has a huge square footage, so there is plenty of room for everyone!

The rent is £600 a month which includes ALL the bills inc; wifi, council tax, water, gas electric, TV, sky etc. We ask for a months rent deposit. The room is available from 1st July 2015. Could possibly be available earlier.

About us, as I said, the 3rd bedroom is rented out to a female teacher, my partner is a teacher also, and I am self employed. We're aged between 25 and 32 and are all easy going.
