Double room in a girly house in Charminster

A double room on the first floor will be available in a lovely girly house in Charminster from approx 29th March (possibly earlier).

The house consists of 4 double bedrooms (3 up, 1 downstairs), an open plan lounge and kitchen, a large bathroom with a bath and shower, a big south-facing garden which catches the sun right into the evening in the summer which is lovely for bbqs! We also have a sheltered area in the garden which is useful for storing bikes.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and shelves and there is a spare chest of drawers unit available should you need the extra storage.

You will be living with three girls who are 24 & 25. We are all very good friends and enjoy socialising and catching up with each other in the evening/weekends.

There are lots of lovely restaurants/pubs within a few mins walk from the house. There is also a tesco at the end of the road. There's plenty of parking available outside the house and bus stops at the end of the road too. You can also walk to the train station in 10 mins which is next to a big Asda and gym. A walk into Bournemouth town centre/the beach takes approx 25mins.

The rent for the room is only £250 per month and we each pay £85 per month into the joint house account which covers all bills. Therefore the total comes to £335 per month.
