Spacious Flat With Stunning Sea Views

Hi, I am looking for somebody to take the second bedroom of the flat I rent.

The flat sits right on top of the East cliff with stunning sea views. When the airshow is here there is no need to fight your way through the crowds as you're right by the action. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away with town not much further. It's clean, spacious and has decent off road parking.

A bit about myself, I am pretty chilled and enjoy a laugh. I am tidy but not to any OCD kinda standard, a dish or 2 may get left until the next day. I like music so there are a few guitars around and a piano, if only I could play like I imagine I do. I'm into paragliding, the gym, scuba diving and a few other things as well. I work full time in hospitality which means I work weekends and my shifts vary a lot between lates, earlies and splits. Ideally (but not a deal breaker) I would like someone who works similar patterns so that neither of us disturbs the other one too much with late nights and early starts. That being said it does just depend on the person.

The room is unfurnished.
