I am currently renting the other room (which has an en suite) myself and I am looking for a female housemate ideally. I am a 25 year old marketing professional, happy spending the night on the sofa watching TV or out socialising for dinner, a few drinks or the cinema. I am looking for a flatmate who likes to share a glass of wine of an evening but who is over their student days! The flat is big enough to have your own space but also very homely.

The rent is £600pcm including all bills (electric, water, sewage, internet, line rental, Sky+ TV, council tax) you name it it's all included. The room is available now, once you have passed reference checks from my Estate Agents. I am looking for a housemate asap but it is also important that I get on with them.
