Double room, great location, sociable housemates!
Our property is a purpose built split house - we have the upstairs. It has 4 bedrooms and three of us currently live here - myself (27, maths teacher), my partner (35, engineer) and a tenant (18, works). We have two siberian huskies so you must like dogs!!
The house has a communal lounge/ kitchen area with a smart tv, washing machine and all normal facilities. There is one bathroom, with a bath and shower. We have a small, neat garden with facilities to dine and BBQ outside and a shed for storing bikes etc.
The room available is a decent sized double, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk, it's window overlooks the garden.
We will accept short term lets, with rent to be agreed. We would also accept a couple at £500 per month, all inc.
We're a social household, often eating together. We're all quite outgoing and enjoy outdoor sports.
My partner works night shifts so in the week it is just myself and our lodger around in the evenings, with the house a bit busier at weekends. We're very relaxed, but also respectful of each others enjoyment of the communal spaces.
