We have a double room to rent in our hugeee newly renovated 3 bedroom flat in Queens Park.
The room is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed, triple wardrobe with drawers and desk. The flat is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms therefore the room has sole use of a family bathroom with bath/shower, loo and sink.
The room is £500/month and includes rent, gas, electric, water, sky, wifi, and council tax - all bills!
The flat is ground floor and we have use of the garden. We have great links to JP Morgan, Wessex Way, Bournemouth Hospital! 25 minute walk in to central Bournemouth and there are lots of bus stops near us. Also have a Fitness First at the end of our road and we're a 10 minute walk in to Charminster.
