Electric is on a key meter which we all take turns at, typically, £20 will last two to three weeks depending on usage. Gas bills come through every quarter and Water bills are usually only a few pounds per person each month.

If you smoke it is preferred that you do it outside. The current tenants are all very friendly.

Initial payment of £450 will be required upon signing the paperwork, this will cover administration and rent for the remainder of September.
