Looking for lovely flat mate to share until end of April - the rent includes bills except telephone - 1 month deposit required and 1 month's rent which would be payable in advance.

It also includes fast WIFI broadband which is available throughout the flat.

The 3 bedroom flat is within easy walking distance of Charminster High Street - sharing modern spacious bathroom, power shower and all the usual mod cons, washing machine, microwave, gas central heating and a garden.

You would be sharing with myself female (44) and one other young professional female (23) together with 2 very friendly cats! Ideally, I would like to have someone who likes animals and is use to living with them.
