- any time use of kitchen, breakfast room, garden, patio and downstairs shower room/toilet.

We are a retired couple living downstairs in our own home. The house is warm, sunny and very convenient. Looking for a responsible, mature man who wants a comfortable home where he can enjoy his own space and be the only tenant. This is not a party house so no students please.

Would consider Monday to Friday arrangement with adjustment to rent.
