Lovely Bright room to rent in Friendly, tidy, respectful house .This is my own house and I have been renting rooms on and off for years. The home is spacious , light, tidy/clean with tasteful decor. You have full use of the house and garden and garage if you have any bikes etc. The room is double, with or
without furniture. There is wifi (inc) and freesat connection in the room. The location is 5 min drive to Westbourne being central to everywhere, 10 mins to Ashley Cross, 10 mins to B'mth. Train station to London a 10 min walk. I would really like a friendly, down to earth person to move in who is sociable and also respectful of each others private time. I'm 40 so partying is behind me now , although I do like the odd party/festival occasionally and enjoy good pubs and good wine :). .
