Double furnished room to let in large modern house in Branksome Poole. Quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking.

The furnished bedroom picture shows the level of furnishing you can expect. Please let me know if you require a desk and chair in addition to usual furniture.

Looking for mature professional or mature student to join the house. Good sense of humour and must be clean and tidy.

We are looking to sell the house in the summer so only offering a short term of 3+ months at the moment, and after this will be a month at a time with a months notice either way. I do require a months deposit and rent in advance.

Equidistant to Poole and Bournemouth shops. Very close to Westbourne, Tesco, Sainsburys, Post Office, barbers, health club and John Lewis. Close to Talbot Heath University via bus or walking.

It's a large friendly household, currently 2 males and 1 female living here. The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. You will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with 1 male lodger. Bills and broadband included. Shared large kitchen dinner and lounge.

Shared interests would be nice but not essential. We also have 2 house rabbits :)
