The room is located on the third floor of the property and benefits from a good view over to the Purbeck hills. It has a walk in wardrobe and its own full package Sky HD box.
It overlooks the large garden at the rear of the property and is available either unfurnished or part furnished with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, table, TV, DVD player and stereo.
All bills are included in the rent including wifi and Sky.

The house itself is a large four bedroom family home with a large rear garden.
There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room.
It is located just off Alder Road in Poole behind a large parade of shops and is ideally located for access to both Bournemouth and Poole town centres and Bournemouth University as there are bus stops to all a two minute walk away.

There are currently 3 other people living permanently at the property. I myself work away a lot so am not present at the house most of the time.

I am mostly there every other weekend as I have my children who are two boys aged 12 and 8.
