Nice single room (with single bed that converts to a double) close to Christchurch / Bournemouth /Ringwood / Hurn / Moorlands.

Nice quiet location in the centre of Bransgore.

A very quiet cul de sac road and only 2 minutes from the our 15 shops and a good sized Co-Op which is open from 7 am until 11 pm.

Within easy reach of Christchurch, Ringwood, Moorlands College , Hurn, Bournemouth Airport and Bournrmouth (But you will need a car).

You will need a car to get out of Bransgore as we only get buses 3 days a week.

We are an easy going married couple with a 4 year old little boy and a cat. We are easy going but like our own space so constant chatting is not our thing although we will pass the time of day etc.

You will have full use of the kitchen, living rooms and the garden.

Heating and hot water is on 24 hours a day so the room will not get cold, nor will the hot water run out.

Room has a single bed that converts to a double (or 2 singles).

We are looking for a professional employed easy going single person.

Occasional guests can stay overnight with permission.

Use of shared kitchen, with own cupboard space, big fridge with own fridge and freezer space, shared bathroom.
Use of garden.

Non smokers only and positively no smoking by anyone (lodger or guests) in the house and gardens (front or rear).

Ultrafast fibre Broadband and Wireless.
TV with Freeview box if required.

All bills included except land line calls.

Parking on road outside in quiet Cul-de-sac.

References required . Security deposit deposit required (£200). Two weeks notice required for termination.

This room is rented under the Rent A Room system and a formal written contract is agreed and signed by us and the lodger stating the agreed terms and conditions so that there is no mis-understanding.

DSS - unfortunately due to issues in the past with DSS and delayed rent payments from the council, we are no longer willing to consider lodgers who are unable to fund their rent from their own regular income.
