Large double bedroom with own lounge & showeroom

My lovely lodgers will be leaving me mid October so I have available a large double attic bedroom, with lounge and shower room (inc wc/sink). These three pleasantly decorated rooms are all on the top floor, so would be a lovely private space ideal for a couple. Fully furnished, the bedroom includes a king sized bed and a large antique double wardrobe and is situated at the back of the house which looks out over the small garden and Ryeberry Hill. The room at the front includes a bookcase, settee and tv (terrestrial) and DVD player.

The cats and I are the only other occupants of the house and I work 8am to 5pm four days a week. I don't cook a lot so the shared kitchen and small conservatory/laundry room will not be overcrowded! I am a very easy going person; there are few people I don't get along with, but I enjoy my privacy too, would ideally like someone similar to move in.

Part of the house is in a state of redecoration (and likely to be for a little while longer), so please don’t be put off by first appearances. It’s well worth taking a look inside, and the renovations won’t affect my lodger(s).

Bridport is within walking distance – less than 15mins down, but perhaps a little longer coming back!
