Ensuite bedroom in newly renovated home

Looking for the right tenant for a lovely ensuite bedroom in our newly renovated home.
Very fortunate to have a 4 bed, 3 bathroom home. 2 lounges.
Garden and free street parking.
But we've worked incredibly hard to make this house our home and want a tenant that is going to respect our home like we do.
So clean and tidy people only please.

We do have some general rules like shoes off inside and no food upstairs.
We are quite house proud and like our home to stay looking nice after all the time and money we've put into it.
So if your the type of person who let's the dishes pile up before you wash them. Please don't enquire as it won't work out!!
Must like dogs. We have a spaniel called beau who is amazing.

Otherwise it's just my husband and I, we are 28 and 29 years old and working professionals, so preferably someone young like us!

Whilst we have some house rules, we are actually quite laid back, enjoy having friends over and we're very social.

Room includes all furnishings, TV with Netflix and freeview.
