23 year old professional career girl seeking Monday - Friday lodger.

Ideally I am looking for another single professional in 20/30s. I don't spend a lot of time at home and am a very clean and tidy person (I have OCD!) who likes somewhere quiet to come home to after busy days. If you are messy and/or loud, please do not contact me as this will not be the place for you!
The first floor flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen/living area, utility cupboard and a sunny garden. There is only one driveway space which I use but residents parking permits are also available at a small cost (not required if you work 9-5). The flat is a stones throw from Christchurch train station, bus links and a 5 minute walk from the High Street.

Rent will include all bills (reasonable use) inc. Sky TV, broadband, council tax, gas, electricity, water and TV license. White goods include a washing machine, and space in the fridge and freezer. I can wash your sheets at the weekends ready for your next stay.

The room has a venetian blinds, double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

I work shifts including nights and I have found 9-5 that lodgers to work really well in the past as we both get time to ourselves. If this sounds like the place for you please send me a message.
