Double rooms to let with John and Sarah

We are a young couple in our early thirties looking for some one to share our home with. We are easy going, non smokers with a relaxed home life. I practice Homeopathy and Thai massage from home in my spare time and both of care very strongly about the environment and this is reflected in the way we run our home.

Rent includes bills, free virgin broadband wi-fi. Washing machine available for use. Garden is free to use. 1 double room overlooks the garden and the other over looks our very quite road. One room £450 other £550 per month.

Both rooms have a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Every room is double-glazed and we have central heating.

Our house is located in central Christchurch, short walk from high street (15 min) and quay (10 mins).

We are looking for an easy going independent person, polite, considerate and courteousness is essential. Vegetarian preferable, smokers are not accepted. We will consider couples but room rate will be different. Short term lets also considered.
