I am looking for a Professional person (male or female, non-smoker) to rent a large fully furnished room within a family home occupied by myself & my 3 year old daughter (every other weekend).

The room comes complete with king sized bed, bedsides, chest of drawers, built in cupboard space, Freesat, media server of 1000+ films, WiFi, private ensuite toilet & Basin & sole use of the family bathroom. Inc use of washing machine (Sensible usage).

The property is brand new, custom built to a high specification, private driveway with gated entrance, private off street parking situated in West Christchurch. This is pleasant & quiet location, with quick & easy access to the local amenities, shops, bus stops etc. 20 Minute walk into Christchurch with train station, 15mins walk to JP Morgan, RIAS & Littledown Centre.

The rent is £600 per calendar month paid by direct debit in advance and a refundable security deposit of £400 on acceptance. Ideally looking for a 6-12month let.

Room will be available from the beginning of March 2015
