Hello, I have a lovely sunny and fresh double room to let in my home. We live in a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Christchurch with bus stops within a few minutes walk to Christchurch town centre and Bournemouth

The room has a double bed with leather headboard and a new mattress with memory foam top.

The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and will be for your sole use for the first few weeks until the other bedroom has been let and then shared with one other person. It has a bath and a shower mixer with glass screen and a heated towel rail.

There is a large living room, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer and also a downstairs cloakroom, off street parking for 1 car plus guest parking spaces in the close and a garden.

I am the owner and am currently living here with our son but once both rooms have been let I will be moving and our son will be the live-in landlord. He is a quiet, working 23 year old.

We do have a ginger cat who is lovely! No smoking please. Our son does smoke but only outdoors. The room would suit a quiet and clean person and is available immediately so please phone me if you think you might be interested.
