Large Double Room approx 14 ft x 13 ft in town centre family home we are 5 minute walk to train station and bus stop. The room has a Double Bed with 2 storage drawers(Bedding can be supplied) Double wardrobe chest of drawers, Bedside Cabinet chair and Flat Screen TV, Virgin and WI FI
Shared Bath/Shower Room use of kitchen and washing machine, garden, bike storage parking on drive can be arranged but some parking in the road is available. We have a study are on the landing if you need use of a desk.
We would prefer a longer term lodger and would consider a Mon-Fri let.
We live in a quiet road and keep a clean tidy home which we share with our 2 small people friendly dogs so you must be a dog lover.
