Double & Single Room available to rent

In the middle of doing up a 4 bed house in Broadmayne (around 5 mins from Dorchester). The house is in the process of a complete refurbishment but the kitchen is new and there is a large living space available. The bedrooms are done and the bathroom should be finished by May. The existing bathroom downstairs isn't big enough for more than current occupants to use really.

If you have a trade (plumber/decorator/electrician /fitter) then i would be interested in hearing from you to negotiate rent in consideration of services rendered!!

Please note the licence agreement would be determinable on notice as my circumstances may change next year at which point i would need possession of the whole property.

Wifi and Sky HD inc sports is included as well as all other bills.

A bit about me - i'm a lawyer working in weymouth that enjoys playing sport (football, cricket, cycling and snowboarding) and generally chilling out when I'm not at the office!! Would like the new housemate to be social and perhaps head to the village local for a few beers every now and again.

The other housemate is a floor layer that had a small dog (Fred) who is very welcoming!!

My girlfriend is a teacher and is here most weekends and during the school holidays would be about a bit more - but there is plenty of room!!
