Double Room to rent central Dorchester

Hiya!

I have a double room to rent in my new house in Dorchester, available now!

Happy to do short term let if you are new to the area and want to get settled while you find something more permanent. Or if you are working here on a contract for a short term.

Minimum 1 month (ignore advert I can't change it!)

Lovely house in Fordington, 5 min walk to town. Parking on street (no permit). Small courtyard garden. Lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Room has small double bed, built-in wardrobe (can't see in pics happy to send more images if required), bedside cabinet, tv aerial and chest of drawers.

I'm an easy going, fun lass in her 30's. I work in Dorch and would love to house share with like-minded people who enjoy their own space, but also like to spend evenings drinking vino and embarking on trips to the local pub! Would prefer to live with non-smokers, but if you enjoy a bit of social smoking there is a courtyard! No smoking in house though.
