The bedroom has exclusive use of adjacent shower room/toilet except during occasional visits home by family friends when they would share the shower room.

The rent includes bills. There is on street residents parking for which our lodger would have to purchase their own permit.
Happy to discuss short-term arrangements and reduced rate for Monday to Friday only.
May best suit lodger with home base elsewhere since room will not be available over the Easter Bank Holiday.
