I'm looking for someone to share my flat which was completely redesigned and refurbished in 2011. It's a light, spacious 2nd floor, 2-bedroom flat opposite Turbary Common - 1. 8 miles from the University (Talbot Campus). It has a new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as broadband and 2 bathrooms. I am a Lecturer at the university and am only there 3/4 nights a week at most, so for most of the time you get a 2-bed flat to yourself.
And in the summer I will hardly be there at all, so I am prepared to offer the room to a couple during that period for a slightly higher rent.
I can shoe the flat and meet people weekdays.
