Double room to rent in Kinson

Looking for a friendly female to share my newly refurbished house.

Hi the room I had for rent has become available again.

It is a furnished double room in my 2 bed house in Kinson.

There is plenty of on the road parking, front and back garden, large lounge and separate dining room and all the usual washing machine, dryer and kitchen stuff.

I am a nurse (but luckily no night shifts!) and my teacher boyfriend stays at weekends and holidays.

I'm a fairly laidback person, prefer an evening in the pub to going out, but I do go out every so often!

I enjoy heading to the beach when its nice, borrowing peoples dogs for walks (I may look at getting a dog in the next year) reading and watching films.

The room is available from mid August.
