We have one very large lovely double room available to rent in a warm, comfortable, bright, modern house share anytime from March onwards. The room has just been redecorated and with a new mattress.

It's a really lovely house on a nice private housing estate around 25 ish years old.

There is off street parking for 2 cars and plenty more super close by in the cul de sac; there's also a garage that everyone can share.

We have a lovely back and front garden, a nice shared kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, modern fridge freezer/additional fridge etc and a large shared lounge as pictured toasty warm coal affect gas fire with sofa and dining table for everyone.

There's a main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower and an additional toilet and basin downstairs. There is a nice big boiler that is only a couple of years old so there is always hot water.

All bills are included and fast internet (Virgin).

There's a large late night Sainsburys and the lovely Mudeford beach both within 5 minutes walk away. The postcode of the house is BH23 4TX if you want to check the area out.

Christchurch and Hinton Admiral train stations are both about 2 miles away. There are plenty of buses close by to get you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Lymington or anywhere east or west.

The current housemates are Dean who works locally in construction and Katherine. Both super chilled lovely people, friendly but respectful of each others space too. There's a total of 4 bedrooms (one ensuite and occupied) so you'd be sharing with no more than 2 others for the bathroom and separate wc.
